The second home NPSL match of 2018 isn't until the beginning of June but well worth the wait as Grand Rapids travels to town for the 7th contest between the two sides. The two sides competed together in the Great Lakes Premier League (GLPL) in 2015, before both leaving to join the National Premier Soccer League. 

AFC Ann Arbor hosts Detroit City FC for the 2018 NPSL home opener. The Mighty Oak defeated DCFC in both regular season matches last year before dropping a close fought match in the Midwest Region Finals to them.

The 4th annual Saline Showcase will feature teams from Saline FC at halftime and also highlight some of the most successful soccer players out of the Saline area.

AFC Ann Arbor hosts SVSU as part of the Ann Arbor Invitational Men's Showcase Match. This also marks the first time The Mighty Oak will host a match at Huron High School.

Association Football Club Ann Arbor will kick off the 2018 season with a friendly vs Carpathia FC at the club's new home venue, Skyline High School. Portion of the proceeds from the evening will benefit Skyline Men's Soccer Program.
